God's gift of giving his Son to become our redeemer is the greatest gift of love that was given to mankind. However, understanding the magnitude of God's grace is vital to understanding God's character. That is why God's grace should never be taken for granted or regulated to a performance-based task. God's grace is HIs unmerited favor that he gives mankind even though we do not deserve it. The purpose of this sermon is to help us understand why grace is not performance-based, but freely given by God, our heavenly father.
